Tuesday night Bible Study
I've been meditating on what Pastor said: "The prayer with the disciples didn't go like this,'And keep us from evil.' No, Jesus said "deliever us from evil." "If we were kept from it, we wouldn't be able to walk right through it when it comes." Instantly, the story of giving a hungry man a fish, but teach the man how to fish, and he will never go hungry again. Wow! Doesn't that make you fall in love with God even more? Doesn't that make you so free!!! Thank YOU LORD for graciously teaching us how to walk in faith rest through evil with your Armor on. For walking in faith rest with YOU LORD is the only way we can LIVE through the fiery darts. We love you and praise YOU LORD!!!

Pictures of us!
If anyone has any pictures of us, please post them. This might be a great spot to have them all in one place. I just found pictures from our GGCC Family Picnic Summer 2009. See yourself?

New Service 2010
What a first service in 2010!! or two thousand and ten - depends on nothing in how you say it, its all new! We continued to have first time visitors - the Body is reaching out and inviting folks to come. And a answer to prayer - we have asked the Lord for some brand new salvations. Well, the first time visitor who came this morning got saved!
The series that we started this Sunday with Ephesians 6:10-20 is huge. We ended today having a two hour rap after Service! The hunger and portions are amazing. We are so thankful for what Jesus Christ is doing, and how lives are changing through the Word and Love of God.
Saturday, January 2, 2010
Today we had a very special word from P.Cliff. He spoke out of Psalm 27. Two things that struck me was what he said about home and that marraige is a place called home, also family is home, taking the emphasis off of a place and putting on a person or people we Love, so also Christ is our home. The other thing was Psalm 27:13 'I had fainted, unless I had believed to see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living." He proclaimed that we need to have a vision for goodness, God's goodness for 2010. Home has always been somewhat a mystery to me because I am just passing through this world, a sojourner on my way to home to my Lord (heaven and eternity). This world has nothing for me but I will ride the darkness in the Light of my savior Jesus Christ. I have believed to see the goodness of the Lord and so I see and never faint.

Website
Daniel Fountain is going to help with building our very own website: design and content.
Having our own website will allow us to make our own advertisements. For example, we could do a live 30 second video announcement and upload it to the website. The spoken Word is so powerful.
Also, think how easy it would be so someone to just click a button and have all of our announcements, prayer journal, etc at the click of a button. This would be another avenue for the Body to stay informed and updated. Also, this is something that is available Internationally. Greater Grace WORLD Outreach. Person, Corporate, and International Vision.
Saturday Morning Outreach
There are about 11,500 doors for us to knock on. Right now, we have split into 2 areas: The Hill & East of Route 40. We want Outreach available for anyone to just jump right in and move forward with the team.
Men's and Women's Ministry
1. The times that they get together should be a time of edification.
2. This will be a great in-reach to our Body and also will be a great out-reach to those who will not come to a "church service."
3. Think of an event that could be hosted/sponsored by them opened to the public.
************************
Then, after Outreach, we had a great time of Testimonies at Frank's Pizza. There were so many Divine Appointments - maybe someone would like to post one to share with everyone???
It was awesome to have Melanie out Soul-Winning with us today. Also, it was an honor to have Pastor Cliff Vicent and Becca with us today. P. Wright opened up the Word and asked P. Cliff to share. Both portions were timely and straight from the Throne - wow - we are so fed!

Welcome!
God is so amazing! Have you seen Jesus? Have you believed on Him?
Amazing grace, how sweet the sound, that saved a wretch like me. I once was lost, but now I'm found; was blind, but now I see. "Do you believe in and adhere to the Son of Man or the Son of God? He answered, Who is He, Sir? Tell me, that I may believe in and adhere to Him. Jesus said to him, You have seen Him; (in fact) He is talking to you right now. He called out, Lord, I believe! (I rely on, I trust, I cleave to You!) And he worshipped Him. Then Jesus said, I came into this world for judgement (as a Separator, in order that there may be separation between those who believe on Me and those who reject Me), to make the sightless see and to make those who see become blind. John 9: 35b-39 Praise God! May we see with the eyes that Jesus has healed us from spiritual blindness every moment this new year 2010. God Bless!
